Outgoing has been visiting Mayrhofen, the home of Volvo Snowbombing – overseas music festival of the year 2010, for over 11 years. Not only the Snowbombers get to enjoy the joys of the Penken though… Outgoing Snow take thousands of University ski and board students to the beautiful Austrian resort every year. 2010 saw Warwick and Bristol University travel with Outgoing to experienced the sick riding opportunities the Penken has to offer. During this year’s European Rider Of The Year Awards by Snowboarder MBM Magazine, Europes first snowboard mag asked all shredders to choose not only the best riders but also the best snowpark in Europe. The online community as well as riders, journalists and representatives of the snowboard industry voted and the result was clear: The Vans Penken Park Mayrhofen is European’s number one snowpark of the year 2010!
