The Notting Hill carnival crowd packed the Masons Arms in London for the official Snowbombing launch on August bank holiday Monday. The party kicked off at 2pm and the pub garden was filled with people dancing and chomping on the delicious burgers from the bbq. As the sun went down the inside area filled up quickly and soon there were hoards of people lining both bars and dance floors. The atmosphere was electric with party goers boogying to the sounds of Bushwacka and the Stanton Warriors (who were awesome!). The turn out was amazing including many familiar faces from Snowbombing 2010 and many intrigued faces keen to see what the snowbombing fuss is all about! The SB launch certainly gave them a taster of the Snowbombing scene, lots of people having fun and dancing to some of the best DJ’s in the world. They just need the snow and the Mayrhofen atmosphere now, but for this they are going to have to wait till April 2011!
